12-Point Air Conditioning Maintenance Check Clean condenser coil. Check insulation on refrigerant line. Check for proper clearance around condenser unit. Inspect contactors, relays, safety controls, wiring connections, and safety controls. Inspect evaporator coil. Inspect blower wheel. Lubricate motor and bearings if applicable.
